Meet your Mediator
Veronica Escobedo,
BSPA, Certified Domestic and Civil Mediator
As a bilingual (Spanish/English) mediator committed to conflict resolution, I bring extensive experience in both domestic relations and civil mediation. I am the owner and operator of Armistice Mediation LLC, where I assist individuals, families, and businesses in resolving disputes with clarity and fairness. My practice emphasizes creating a collaborative environment that leads clients toward equitable and lasting solutions.
I am a Certified Domestic and Civil Mediator with the Indiana Supreme Court since 2020 and have served on the Indiana Association of Mediators (IAM) Board of Directors since 2022, where I contribute to advancing mediation practices across the state.
Beyond my professional experience, I have personally relied on mediation for navigating difficult life decisions, which deepens my understanding of its transformative power. My background also includes leadership roles in nonprofit and public sectors, with a particular focus on supporting individuals in crisis, such as survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. This work has honed my ability to approach sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Guided by the principle to "seek peace and pursue it" (Psalm 34:14), I am dedicated to helping my clients engage in the difficult conversations necessary to resolve conflicts, using meaningful dialogue and creative solutions that foster harmony and mutual understanding.
